Jackson is expected to meet his attorney, Mark Geragos, at the Santa Barbara County sheriff's office and
turn himself in to authorities late Thursday morning, a source told CNN. Jackson's huge estate, Neverland
Ranch, is in Santa Barbara County.
District Attorney Tom Sneddon said Jackson faces multiple counts of lewd or lascivious contact with a
child younger than 14.
His spokesman, Stuart Backerman said:
"Michael would never harm a child in any way," he said. "When the evidence is presented and the
allegations proven to be malicious and wholly unfounded, Michael will be able to put this nightmare
behind him."

Michael Jackson paid $150,000 for a "voodoo curse" to kill director Steven Spielberg
despite being deep in debt, Vanity Fair magazine reported on Monday.
Vanity Fair reported in the article that in 2000 Jackson attended a voodoo ritual in Switzerland where a
witch doctor promised that Spielberg, music mogul David Geffen and 23 other people on the entertainer's
list of enemies would die.
Jackson, who underwent a "blood bath" as part of the ritual, then ordered his former business adviser
Myung-Ho Lee to wire $150,000 to a bank in Mali for a voodoo chief named Baba, who sacrificed 42 cows for
the ceremony, the magazine reported. http://www.cnn.com/2003/SHOWBIZ/Music/03/04/leisure.jackson.reut/

One of the 2001 issues of ROLLING STONE magazine suggests that Michael Jackson is the person who has
been standing behind the mysterious "occult" new wave project DVAR since early 80's, known for the magic
impact of their music on the listener.
It is said that the vocals on band's most famous album "Piirrah" sound very much like Mr. Jackson.
Jackson had ideas for this project after recording "OFF THE WALL", when his producer Quincy Jones didn't
support Michael's experimental manner of singing. As the result, Michael had to finish the production for
some tracks himself (including the main title "OFF THE WALL"). During late 80's Michael produced several
songs which he recorded in his home-studio. And later released them as vinyls in South America and
Europe.
His former distributor for DVAR in Germany Joe Moto said that from the beginning Jackson didn't want his
"secret" project to be popular, because everyone would eventually recognize his vocals and the majority
of his fans wouldn't love the "crazy" music of his "alter-ego". Thus, Jackson wanted DVAR to be released
around the world by small independent labels.
